This is the second of a two-part series examining the small, yet intriguing Sunni Gulf nation of Qatar, which is among the richest nations of the world due to their vast petroleum and natural gas reserves. Qatar has recently been cited by an October 2020 study from the Department of Education as the largest foreign donor of major gifts to US universities, and that is based on the gifts that the universities have disclosed. This Muslim Brotherhood Nation has also poured millions of dollars into the funding of kindergarten through 12th grade classrooms throughout the West, while they support Hamas, Palestinian Islamic Jihad, ISIS Al Qaeda, Jabat al Nusra, and have been developing an increasingly close relationship with Iran. They also have recently asked to purchase our highly sophisticated F 35 aircrafts, and have been granted Major Non-NATO Ally Status by the US government.
