The National Democratic Training Committee’s Staff Academy trains the next generation of campaign staff and connects them to paid career opportunities in Democratic politics across the country. Applications are now open for their 2021 cohort. Click here to find out more and to apply.

2021 Staff Academy Cohort members will choose to pursue one of three training tracks: digital strategy, fundraising, or communications. The program culminates with a four day, virtual training event during which cohort members level up their skills, pitch campaign plans, and work through simulation-based scenarios.

The program prioritizes leaders who are women, people of color, and transgender and non-binary and is free for anyone accepted.
