$100,000 October Matching Gift Challenge

[link removed]

Dear John,

When you become a caregiver for
someone living with Alzheimer's, your world changes in many ways.

Alzheimer's disease upended longtime
friend and Alzheimer's Association Zenith Society member Cheryl Gross'
life while she cared for her mother, Nadine. During Nadine's
decade-long fight with this devastating disease, Cheryl was there for
her every step of the way. Cheryl experienced how the small moments of
joy can mix with sadness and the great need for abundant patience.

Your gift can make 2X the impact to
help provide care and support and advance research thanks to Cheryl,
who has pledged to match every donation made to our $100,000 October
Matching Gift Challenge before October 31, up to a total of $100,000
- if we can raise the same amount before the deadline. Cheryl's
gift, to be made in honor of her mother, will support the
Association's efforts to advance the technology that powers our global
research efforts and support programs.

John, it's
never easy to have a loved one facing Alzheimer's, or to be a
caregiver. And this year the challenges have been especially great
because of the pandemic, which has had such a devastating effect on
long-term care settings, caregivers and families. These critical
challenges demonstrate just how urgent our work is and how much your
support matters. Right now you have the opportunity for your donation
to make 2X the impact, but only until October 31 and ONLY if we can
raise the same amount. Please help us reach our $100,000 October
Matching Gift Challenge goal by making your first gift and joining
with us now.

Cheryl knows the pain and loss of
Alzheimer's. So do many caregivers and others touched by Alzheimer's.
This terrible disease has touched so many lives. Sadly, no one is
safe.

Many of us know someone who is, or has
been, a caregiver, often a family member, friend or neighbor. Our
vital work to support caregivers is only possible with your support.
