The United States Senate voted to confirm Justice Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court on Monday. Congratulations America the confirmation dramatically alters the Court’s makeup towards an “originalist” interpretation of the Constitution. In a 52-48 vote, Scalia originalism gained a majority on the nation’s highest Court for the first time. It’s fitting that Justice Barrett clerked for Justice Scalia.
Challenges are ready to be mounted against infringements on life, speech, guns, and damn near every other right. THOUSANDS of laws and programs are ripe for a new ruling on their constitutionality. There is a new SCOTUS in town and the new chant is: Strike it down! Strike it down! Strike it down!
Now America must decide whether it wants to keep all the most rotten and corrupt laws by electing Beijing Joe Biden and letting him add seats to the Court to protect the failed system. It’s clear that he would fill the additional seats with a bunch of big government lunatics and globalist sellouts. Please America, don’t give this blessing away and do whatever you can to help re-elect President Trump.
The stakes are SO HIGH. President Trump’s reelection will spawn what I expect to be successful challenges to all kinds of terrible laws. Tonight the Tea Party scored a victory so transformational it's going to change the world.

Personally, it’s been a rollercoaster free speech day for me. I awoke to another completely bogus “fact check” on my last Tyrant’s Curse article for “missing context” on something that doesn’t appear anywhere in the article or post:

It’s just the latest in the effort to get Big Tech to remove my free speech credits with fake “fact-checks” for challenging the extreme lockdowns and CCP propaganda on the Kung Flu. Despite participating in Facebook’s free speech programs, the America First Projects verified page was recently deleted based on these biased “fact-checks” from “NewsGuard ([link removed]) ” and even Reuters ([link removed]) . This anti-American censorship must be fought, challenged, and destroyed.

Everyday they waste my time and energy fighting against being censored. It’s all designed to help Biden win and we can’t let it happen. I personally expect to challenge several laws surrounding political speech and organizing. Believe me, I need all the help I can get with the fights I’m involved in.
I’ve been praying for this for a long time and am filled with gratitude today. More than a decade ago, I set out to make the government go back to representing the American people by becoming a Tea Party organizer. Tonight, Justice Amy Coney Barrett installed what appears to be a majority on the Supreme Court who appear to be receptive to our constitutional arguments. Now is our time to make the government fit back into the constraints of the Constitution.
