Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg's funeral was less than one month ago, and Sen. Cornyn has already pushed through Amy Coney Barrett to fill Justice Ginsburg's seat. All this with just one week until Election Day. Meanwhile, Texans are struggling as COVID-19 cases around the country continue to rise without any sign of relief coming their way.

This whole process has been a sham -- starting as voters are already casting ballots, breaking Senate precedent to jam through the nominee, and confirming Amy Coney Barrett with just one week before voters decide who they want to make these decisions.

After a rushed process, Mitch McConnell's Senate is even more divided than ever. Sen. Cornyn KNEW that this process would only lead to division and more gridlock, but he decided to push forward. He claims to be bipartisan, but the truth is, he's one of the worst offenders of partisan politics.

We can't afford to allow him to continue to push his extremist, partisan agenda. Help MJ defeat Sen. Cornyn one week from tomorrow.
