Hey,

There are three undeniable truths about the latest addition to the Supreme Court:

1. This seat was stolen. The vast majority of Americans opposed adding a new justice before a new President was sworn in. Senate Republicans didn't care.

2. Democrats lost because we didn't have the votes. We will lose again if we don't do everything we possibly can to flip the Senate in one week.

3. We need a Democratic majority that is ready to immediately pass new laws to defend our rights and our health care if the new Supreme Court majority tries to toss them out.
