Senate Republicans just voted to replace Ruth Bader Ginsburg with Amy Coney Barrett, a radical nominee who has taken far-right positions on many key issues — like abortion and health care.

This is another brazen power grab by Trump, McConnell, and the Republicans just days before an election they seem reasonably likely to lose. Barrett’s confirmation will now shift the balance of our judicial system for the next generation — all through a rushed and shameless process.
