John, the Republican-led Senate just confirmed Amy Coney Barrett to fill Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s seat on the Supreme Court by a partisan vote of 52-48.

Let’s be clear: Mitch McConnell’s rushed drive to confirm Barrett to the court amidst a national election is an outrageous power grab.

Now, the Court has a 6-3 conservative majority. And it is about to hear arguments for a ridiculous Republican-led lawsuit to strike down the Affordable Care Act just one week after Election Day.
