This week, oral arguments began at the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on the lawsuit led by Republican state attorneys general and supported by the Trump administration threatening to tear apart the Affordable Care Act.

Millions of Americans rely on protections provided by the Affordable Care Act, and it's shameful that Republicans will stop at nothing to eliminate this critical legislation that helps so many people.

Health care is a right, not a privilege.

The only way we can ensure this can become our new reality, is to build it ourselves. We've got to give it all we've got to register and reengage a million voters to elect Democrats up and down the ballot, flip Florida blue, and defeat Donald Trump.
