Earlier this year, thousands of schools shut down because the government’s apathy let a pandemic spread out of control. In that moment, we realized this was a chance for young people to take action, so we created a program for middle and high school students to learn more about organizing for the future we deserve.

It was a major success. We trained hundreds of middle and high schoolers and supported over 100 hubs to open across the country. Our movement is stronger than ever before and growing every day. We are preparing our whole movement— now over 500 hubs strong —to take action in the next week. Many folks have already started hitting the streets. After all, this week is our last chance to make an impact. Young people across the nation are working to get out the vote, to make sure every one of those votes is counted, and, if they aren’t, to mobilize in the days after. We want to make sure they have all the support they need.
