So, this is it! Our very last LAST monthly fundraising goal before the election ends!
When Phil announced he would be running to defeat the most dangerous and dishonest sitting congressman (Matt Gaetz), a lot of people counted us out. They said Florida's 1st is "too red" , that it's "too hard to beat Gaetz" -- but we don't believe that. We believe our neighbors want to be treated with respect, to be represented with honor and integrity.
And we were right. How do I know?
Because this team has raised more than the last 20 years of Democratic candidates in Florida's 1st COMBINED. It's the energy and support we'll need to defeat Gaetz next week, but we need to keep it up if we're going to make the most of these final days.
We need to raise just over $30,000 before the VERY LAST fundraising deadline of the election ends on Saturday. It’s all led up to this moment, will you help Phil finish strong by chipping in $5?

I don't know about you, John, but I'm sick and tired of seeing Matt Gaetz treat Congress like a fraternal playground. It's disgusting to watch him dishonor our democratic institutions and make decisions that affect people's lives with no regard for the consequences.
We can put a stop to it by defeating him and sending Phil to Congress in his place.
But our ability to do that hinges on what we raise in these final days -- can you chip in $5 or whatever you can to send Gaetz packing?
