John,

When I ran for president earlier this year, it was to show Americans a new way forward for the people who felt left behind by their government.

When this year began, the average American family couldn't afford an unexpected $500 expense.

The direction of our country has only become more uncertain since then, with the White House's mismanagement of this pandemic.

For us to recover from this dark moment in our history, we're going to need solutions-oriented leaders with a genuine desire to serve the public.

Earl Blumenauer is one of those leaders. That's why I endorsed his re-election last week.

Earl wants to ensure economic justice by raising the minimum wage to $15/hour, providing paid family leave, making college affordable, and reining in recklessness on Wall Street. Whether it's his advocacy to save local restaurants, or end the failed war on drugs, Earl knows how to bring people together to get things done.

Earl has also done the math like I have, which is why he knows that recurring stimulus checks during the pandemic are the way forward for those of us who have fallen on hard times this year.

That is why it's so important that we make sure Earl wins this election and is sworn in to represent Oregon again next year.

John, can we count on your support for Earl today with a contribution of $18? People are voting right now, which means your donation will make a difference for Earl's campaign immediately.

We're getting closer to turning the page on a difficult year. Let's keep moving forward by winning with Earl!

Yours truly,

Andrew Yang
