Wow!
Following another fun weekend, the Union-Tribune provided a good summary of the entire campaign: Neighbors who want to clean up City Hall v. Special Interests that want to buy it.
Just 8 more days!
Now here’s a quick rundown:
- Lawrence Shea, an attorney that has sued the City over Ash Street, has joined my call for complete disclosure of all documents,
- Gloria’s special interests, with contributions now exceeding $1.4 million – and another $40,000 funneled through the County Democratic Party -- continue to send deceitful mailers designed to appear as if they were sent by our campaign,
- Are Todd Gloria’s employees doing campaign work on the taxpayer’s dime?
- Our volunteers are making thousands of phone calls everyday to let voters know the truth (Join us!),
- We had another terrific Campaign Caravan through the neighborhoods surrounding Balboa Park,
- …and we need to raise another $25,000 to keep our ads on the air through election day (Contribute!), and
Neighbors from all over the City are coming together to take back City Hall for the people!
