Later tonight in Green Bay, Mike will debate his Democratic opponent.

He’ll lay out a clear vision for how he will help our nation and our district overcome the challenges of COVID-19, empower patients in health care, and grow Northeast Wisconsin’s economy.

Our campaign is about the issues that matter most to the people of Northeast Wisconsin. 

That’s why Mike’s debate prep is focused on listening to the people of our district and hearing what they have to say about the issues at the center of their daily lives — the problems they talk about over dinner at their kitchen tables and the struggles that keep them up at night.

It stands in stark contrast to the campaign run by his Democratic opponent — she just issued a series of baseless, personal attacks on Mike and his family.

She criticized the career choices made by Mike’s wife, a De Pere native who chased her version of the American Dream, and said the Gallagher’s couldn’t understand raising a family in Northeast Wisconsin.

It was a cheap shot and Mike’s opponent should be ashamed.
