Not a lot has gone according to plan for anyone this year. And this election is no different.

This pandemic has forced our campaign to throw out our playbook, adjust our budget, and reinvent ways to reach voters. I’m so grateful to have a team of dedicated organizers and volunteers willing to put in the extra time to get it done.

But in the final week, we’re behind our budget targets by about $12,000 -- and in a few days, we’ll be forced to make some tough, last-minute decisions.

So I’m reaching out to you for help one last time -- if you can, will you chip in today to help avoid a budget shortfall and fully fund our Get Out the Vote plan?

These late budget questions keep a lot of candidates (and campaign staff) up at night. Because if you scale back the programs you planned to run, you’re giving an opening to your opponent.

You know by now that Republicans are telling everyone about their polls that show us ahead by just 2% and within reach for them. That’s way too close for comfort.

I have a lot of faith in our plan to get over the finish line -- but I’d definitely feel a lot better if it was fully funded. Because we’ve refused to take corporate PAC money from the start, I’m relying on supporters like you to help out at critical moments like this.
