They’ll hold an all night session of the Senate to confirm Trump’s SCOTUS pick, but sit on their hands when it comes to caregiver relief.

John,

It has been seven months since Congress passed the pandemic relief package. Negotiations continually lead to no deal. Members of Congress went on recess while millions of Americans were losing jobs, income, and loved ones. But they will hold an all-night session of the Senate to confirm Trump’s rushed and dangerous Supreme Court nominee Judge Amy Coney Barrett.

Judge Barrett has consistently ruled against worker protections, and she does not support affordable health care at a time when caregiving families need it more than ever. This is urgent — will you call your senators now and ask them to vote no?

Making a call is easy — all you have to do is fill out the form, you’ll get a call from us, and then be connected to your senators!

Here’s a script you can use when you talk to your senators’ offices:

Confirming Judge Barrett to the Supreme Court is dangerous for caregiving families. Caregivers, people with disabilities, and seniors cannot afford the confirmation of a judge with a bad record on health care and workers' rights. I urge you to vote NO on Amy Coney Barrett.

You can also share your personal experience about how Judge Barrett’s confirmation could impact you and other caregivers you know.

The Senate is scheduled to vote today, so we need to flood the lines with calls — call your senators and tell them to vote NO on Judge Barrett now.

With care,
