It's Friday the 13th and in state legislatures all over the country, Republicans are up to no good. 

In North Carolina, they used a 9/11 memorial service to lure Democrats away in order to ambush the floor and ram through a draconian budget that further cuts teacher pay (my sister's among them). In Oregon, the Republican legislators have fled the state to prevent Democrats from meeting a quorum and being able to pass any legislation at all. From Alabama's Handmaid's Tale anti-choice measures to the relentless attacks on Amendment 4 right here in Florida, we must fight back in the state legislature.

If you think Tallahassee matters, if you think 20-years of Republican single-party control has been too much, if you want to prevent the kind of un-democratic reckless power-grabbing we've seen from Republican state legislatures all over this country from happening here, I urge you to join us in the fight ahead.
