First, President Trump abused his power by ignoring Congress and declaring a false national emergency in order to fund his ineffective wall on our southern border.

Now, he is robbing funds designated for crucial military projects across the country. We cannot allow this to stand, John. Congress and the American people have rejected President Trump’s wall. Enough is enough.
