Today, the Senate is set to vote to confirm judge Amy Coney Barrett to a lifetime appointment on the Supreme Court.

It’s hard to watch Republicans gleefully force this appointment through simply "because we can" before asking "is what we are doing right?" But we're not powerless in this upcoming election.

We can win this election in eight days by such a HUGE margin that Trump can’t reject the results, even if he has the Supreme Court in his pocket. We can decimate the GOP majority in the Senate and make sure we, the people, can actually pick the future Supreme Court justices. We can transform our government, and put these past four years behind us.

But ALL of that relies on us turning out voters by making calls—and we need you to step up. To fight back against this nomination, help win the critical Senate and presidential battleground of North Carolina. Make 20 calls today to help defeat the GOP.

Every day, we huddle with the campaigns to decide what Super States need our help the most. Today, that state is North Carolina.

North Carolina has a neck-and-neck Senate race. Incumbent Thom Tillis is now tied in the polls with Democratic challenger Cal Cunningham. North Carolina is also a fast-counting state that could seal the Electoral College on Election Night.

This seat could easily decide control of the Senate and the White House. If we light up the phones today and make sure voters have all the information they need to cast their ballots, we could propel Cunningham and Biden to victory. If we don’t, Trump could cling to the White House, Tillis could win a second term and we could lose our chance to flip the Senate.

If you’re mad about this nomination—or that the Senate spent months sitting on their hands instead of passing COVID relief but leapt to confirm this justice—then make them pay. Turn out the voters who will vote them out by making calls today.
