It’s no secret that the Lujan Grisham Administration has devastated our state during the past year: she’s shut down our economy, closed schools and perhaps, more importantly, stripped us of our freedoms and liberties.
The Supreme Court failed to recognize this overreach and sided with the governor on legal challenges involving Constitutional protections.
That’s why it’s so important to elect Republicans to the New Mexico Supreme Court and change the direction of the Court. We need Justices who hold conservative values and will make the proper decisions to protect us.
Vote for Republicans Kerry Morris and Ned Fuller for Supreme Court Justices.
They know how to interpret the law and understand the importance of defending our rights and liberties.

Another integral part of our judicial system that’s out of whack in New Mexico is our Court of Appeals. Not only has our judicial system failed to crack down on crime, the appellate courts in our state are influenced by tort lawyers and others in their decisions. Other misguided rulings have led to an exodus of jobs and businesses that would have boosted our state economy.
It’s time for balance and integrity in our Appeals Court judges.
