• Leading on healthy lifestyle areas (e.g. adult obesity, smoking cessation, mental health, suicide prevention, substance misuse)
• Providing support to outbreak control work streams
• Coordination of the flu immunisation programme

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:?
The Job Description and Person Specification outlines the duties and required competencies required to undertake the role with a particular focus on the following:

1. Ability to analyse and synthesise qualitative and quantitative data as part of health needs assessment, health impact assessment, and health equity audit or service evaluation.
2. Understanding of epidemiological approaches to assessing disease in the population
3. Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
4. Ability to work in partnership at a strategic level and across different organisational cultures.
