the role of strategic foresight in strengthening resilience.

Affairs, and Women’s Rights and Gender Equality will hold a hearing on

current legislation and assessing the measures needed to reinforce its
application.
European Commission
On Wednesday, the College of
Commissioners is expected to present its proposal for fair minimum
wages for workers in the EU. The EU has been hit hard by the
coronavirus pandemic, with negative effects on Member States'
economies, businesses, and the income of workers and their families.
Ensuring that all workers in the EU earn a decent living is essential
for the recovery as well as for building fair and resilient economies,
and minimum wages have an important role to play in this regard. The
College’s agenda also includes the proposal on the Customs Single
Window and the Communication on additional COVID-19 response
measures.
