Folks, with only nine days left in the battle for the soul of the nation, this email will be one of the last times I humbly ask for your contributions before the polls close. But before I do ask you for your first donation to help power this team to victory, let me explain why:

As you know, getting to this point was not easy. We traveled a long road through the Democratic primary, and in the general election we've navigated new ways to connect directly with voters and grassroots supporters like you in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic.

It took a lot of effort to get to this point, and it's going to take even more if we're going to seal a victory and take back this country. I'm ready to keep fighting with everything I have, and I know Kamala is, too. But we can't cross the finish line alone.

We still have one last end-of-month fundraising goal to meet to make sure we can greenlight our final Get Out the Vote budgets. My team says we still need $2,902,500 more from Pennsylvania before Saturday night if we're going to be in good shape to hit our $100 million end-of-month goal.

That's why I'm asking: right now, will you take one of the final opportunities to own a piece of this historic campaign and defeat Trump? That way, Kamala and I can say that we had your support when it mattered most:

We've accomplished a lot together since launching this campaign last April. In many ways, despite this year's constant uncertainty, we've become more innovative, more resilient, and more connected than ever before.

And, grassroots supporters like you give me hope every single day. Hope that we can work together, build back our country, and come out of this crisis even stronger. Hope that America's best days do in fact lie ahead. And hope that we've built a campaign that sends a decisive message next Tuesday.
