Let me tell you a bit about why the race for Attorney General is so important:
- Health care is on the ballot. Raph will fight back against the extremist lawsuit that threatens to rip away healthcare from tens of thousands of Montanans. We need an Attorney General who will fight for healthcare.
- The cost of medicine is on the ballot. Raph has a plan to stop Big Pharma's illegal price-gouging schemes that cost Montanans tens of thousands of dollars a year. We need an Attorney General who will stand up to Big Pharma.
- The Attorney General should be our advocate. Before I was governor, I was Montana's Attorney General. I know how important that role is. Trust me when I say Raph will be an exceptional Attorney General. He'll be an independent watchdog who will advocate for us.
- When I needed a fighter for Montana, I picked Raph. I hired Raph as my Chief Legal Counsel because I trusted his values and his judgment. I've watched him win big victories for Montanans in court. Now it's time for Montana to hire an Attorney General, and Raph is the best attorney we could ask for.

Together, we stopped DC's attacks on our ability to hold mail elections, removed William Perry Pendley (who wants to sell off our public lands) from illegally serving as the head of the Bureau of Land Management and sued the IRS when they let dark money groups keep their donors secret.
