Quinn knows the promises you make mean something — so when her Congressman Pete Stauber didn’t keep his word to fight for people with pre-existing conditions, she decided to run for Congress against him.

She grew up in Baxter, Minnesota. When her brother was diagnosed with diabetes, Quinn set out to find a cure for him. She was also diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and began traveling the country, telling her family’s story and calling for change. Her voice was recognized as the nation’s top youth advocate for research funding.

As a Baxter City Councilmember, Quinn worked with local law enforcement to crack down on sex trafficking. All the while, Quinn continued her work to make life easier for those living with diabetes. She brought dozens of folks across the border to Canada to get affordable insulin and helped to push forward the Alec Smith Emergency Insulin Act.

Quinn has spent her entire life fighting for people who need a champion, and I know that’s exactly what she’ll do in Congress. Together, we can help get her there.
