During a time when millions are out of work and families are struggling to put food on the table, National Republicans are set on ripping away people's health care. They have plotted to end the Affordable Care Act (ACA) which millions of Americans rely on. And even a global pandemic and economic crisis haven't deterred them.

One of the first cases the Supreme Court will hear next month could dismantle the entirety of the ACA -- including protections for people with pre-existing conditions. If Republicans succeed in repealing the ACA, 571,300 Granite Staters with pre-existing conditions could be denied insurance, and 89,000 Granite Staters could lose coverage altogether.

It's unthinkable, but that's the reality we could live in if National Republicans get their way and put a judge on the Supreme Court that opposes the ACA.
