On Monday, Mitch McConnell and the U.S. Senate are poised to vote on Amy Coney Barrett’s lifetime appointment to the U.S. Supreme Court―just one week before Election Day and with over 50 million Americans having already voted.

A 6-3 conservative majority on the court is a grave threat to the future of our country.

We’re fighting to make sure that every voter knows that if Senate Republicans successfully confirm Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court, Republicans will likely succeed in striking down the Affordable Care Act―kicking 23 million people off of their healthcare and threatening at least 54 million Americans with pre-existing conditions.[1][2]

The nation’s richest households making at least $3 million will receive an annual tax break of $198,000 if the ACA is repealed, and drug corporations will get a $2.8 billion tax cut every year.[3] This is all money currently used to fund healthcare for working families.
