Hi all,

I am about to ask you to chip in $25 to my campaign, but first I want you to
know why -- not just why $25 would be immensely helpful to my reelection, but
why I do what I do.

You see, I am not interested in power or petty partisan politics. I am
interested in giving the people a voice. I do what I do every day because I
have struggled in my life like every one of us has, and I want to build an
America that carries some of that weight for you.

I want to see every American have access to clean water and air, food,
shelter, a quality education and for them to be treated equally across the
board regardless of color, creed, sex, gender or disability.

I ran for Congress in 2018 because I was sick of seeing people with the
passion and bravery to pursue their dreams being put down by the rich and
powerful who are so desperate to keep their status that they don’t care who
gets stomped on along the way.

I ran -- and I won -- because I am dedicated to fighting for you.

I have been outspoken about the things that matter, and that has put a target
on my back. Those same rich and powerful people are trying to remove me from
Congress and replace me with someone who will be a puppet for them and their
personal agendas.
