This November marks the 400th Anniversary of the Mayflower Compact!

We invite you to join Madison Liberty and our friends at the
Restoration Generation ([link removed]) and Latter-Day Freeman ([link removed]) for a free online conference: The Mayflower Promise ([link removed]) .

The conference celebrates the 400-year anniversary of the signing of the Mayflower Compact and our heritage of religious freedom in America and will take place on November 11-25, 2020.

On November 11, 1620, the Mayflower arrived on the American continent with the hope and promise of a new life of freedom to worship God according to the dictates of one’s own conscience. The land they settled and the country that emerged upon it has become the greatest nation in the history of the earth, unique in its respect for and protection of religious freedom. This year marks the 400th anniversary of the pilgrims’ arrival.

In celebration of the momentous event, you are invited to participate in The Mayflower Promise, a digital conference celebrating the 400th anniversary of the pilgrims’ arrival in America and our heritage of religious freedom. The conference will begin on November 11th, the day the pilgrims landed, and end on November 25th, the day before Thanksgiving. As part of our celebration, we are inviting Americans from all faith traditions and backgrounds to submit videos sharing why religious freedom is important to them which will be released each day during the two-week conference.

Additionally, throughout these weeks, there will be presentations given on a number of topics related to religious freedom including the history of the pilgrims’ arrival in America, religious freedom and the founding of our nation, the role of religion in civil society, the challenges facing people of faith in the 21st century, and why people of faith need to come together to face these challenges.

Confirmed speakers include Senator Ted Cruz ([link removed]) , Senator Mike Lee ([link removed]) , Governor Gary Herbert ([link removed]) , Elder Tad R. Callister ([link removed]) , David Barton ([link removed]) , Morton Blackwell ([link removed]) , Glenn Kimber ([link removed]) , and more than 30 other public figures.
