John, our fundraising has taken a drastic dip, which forced us to make cuts to our voter contact plan. We're losing ground in the polls (the last two polls have us down one point). If we don't get our fundraising back on track, we'll have to make even more tough budget cuts at this crucial moment in the campaign. We're not where we need to be to hit our daily fundraising goal.
