Team,

Over 50 million Americans have already voted. We are seeing record turnout numbers, prominent Republicans are endorsing and voting for Joe Biden, and there is heightened enthusiasm among young Latino, black, and women voters.

Americans are feeling energized like never before (thanks, Trump!) and as a result, Republicans have returned to their old tricks:

The Hill: "Trump campaign asks court to block early vote counting in Nevada"
AP News: "Trump campaign videotapes voters at Pennsylvania drop boxes"
NBC News: "SCOTUS sides mostly with Republicans in last-minute voting cases"

Sign our petition now: OPPOSE GOP efforts to suppress and intimidate voters»

We are just 10 days away from the most important election in modern history, and Republicans are running scared because they see the American people have clearly had enough.

Rather than trying to win by the rules, they continue to intimidate voters and pass last-minute efforts to make voting more difficult.

Across the country and in California I am supporting legal efforts to protect your voting rights in court. But outside the courtroom, we must continue to voice our opposition to these undemocratic attacks. That's why I'm asking you to sign your name next to mine today, team:

Add your name: Trump and his Republican allies must STOP intimidating and suppressing voters. EVERY citizen should be able to vote freely»

We're seeing great early returns, now we just need to keep fighting to protect the right to vote! 10 more days.
