Dear friend,
It’s been over a year since EWG first revealed shockingly high levels of cancer-linked glyphosate in Cheerios.
But as far as we can tell, General Mills has done nothing to protect its customers from Monsanto’s weedkiller. That is unacceptable!
General Mills needs to hear directly from consumers, and we have the perfect chance to make sure they hear our message loud and clear: General Mills is hosting a shareholder meeting on Sept. 24, and EWG will be there to personally deliver a message from our supporters. Will you add your voice?

Scientists have been sounding the alarm about glyphosate for years. The World Health Organization and California state scientists have linked glyphosate to cancer, but it is still sprayed on crops directly before harvest.
Monsanto, now owned by Bayer, has orchestrated a vicious campaign to protect the key ingredient in its signature herbicide Roundup. They’ve attacked anyone who questions the safety of glyphosate, including EWG and an advocacy group of moms. The EPA has bought into Monsanto’s propaganda and refused to take action on glyphosate.
Now it’s up to us to convince General Mills to do the right thing and get glyphosate out of their products. It’s an easy choice for them: Either continue to sell food contaminated with a cancer-linked chemical or do the right thing and get glyphosate out of their products.
TAKE ACTION: Tell General Mills to stand up for its customers and stop buying oats treated with cancer-linked glyphosate!

Thanks for standing with us, friend.
