With Amy Coney Barrett's impending confirmation, a conservative Supreme Court is on the horizon, and abortion rights are as threatened as they've ever been.

According to The New York Times, if Roe v. Wade is overturned, legal access to abortion "would effectively end for those living in much of the American South and Midwest, especially those who are poor."
