A lot of important information! Please read! This is the final weekend of early voting! Polls are open Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. GO VOTE!!! Poll are open next week but don't delay! Vote this weekend! Early Voting Locations Real-Time Early Voting Wait Times Help us get out the vote in our final week of phone banking! Join us Monday through Thursday at the Tarrant GOP HQ or we can send you a list to call from home. Democrats have turned out in record numbers during early voting so we MUST get our Republican voters to the polls! RSVP to Phone Bank at the Tarrant GOP HQ! I would like to phone bank from my house! We have heard concerns from numerous voters over the course of the past couple of weeks and have compiled a few tips to help you when you go to the polls to cast your vote: There are rumors going around that if there's writing on your ballot it will be negated. This is NOT TRUE. By law, the Lead Clerk (early voting) or Election Judge (day of) must initial the back of your blank ballot. This is a ballot security measure designed to ensure the legitimacy of your ballot. So if there are initials on the back, it's okay. They're suppose to be there. Even though there is no more straight ticket voting, the party affiliation of each candidate is still on the ballot. We at the Tarrant GOP encourage you to vote for EVERY candidate that has an "REP" by their name. It is crucial that you don't stop at the top, but vote for every candidate down the ballot. A box left unchecked is a vote for the democrat! Voting is a 3-step process: Check in with your gov't-issued photo ID; Take the blank ballot (with initials on the back) to a machine and vote for ALL Republican candidates; Take that printed out ballot to the scanner near the exit and cast your vote! IF YOU LEAVE WITH YOUR BALLOT IN HAND, YOU HAVE NOT VOTED!! Last week we sent out our list of municipal and ISD candidates and their primary voting history. This helps you identify which candidates affiliate with the GOP, which affiliate with the Democrat Party, and which don't participate in either party's primary. In case you missed that list, please click below. Several people have pointed out the City of Fort Worth is not included. They are not on this ballot. Fort Worth municipal elections will be held next May... at which time we will publish a similar list. Municipal & ISD Candidate Primary History On election night, come celebrate with us at the Tarrant GOP Victory Party! It will be at the Hurst Conference Center starting at 7:00 p.m. Watch both national and local returns and cheer on our candidates to victory! It is free to attend but due to social distancing restrictions, space is limited. You must RSVP in advance to reserve your space. Victory Party RSVP!
