We have just over one week left in this campaign -- flipping the Senate comes down to the work we put in this week. Here's where our race stands:
1. The latest polling shows Theresa trailing her Republican opponent by one point. That's still within the margin of error, but it's trending in the wrong direction.
2. Mitch McConnell and his allies just poured an additional $4.3 MILLION in our race to defeat us -- bringing their total to more than $80 million in attacks. These polls show their attacks are starting to work.
3. Our fundraising is lagging, so we've made some difficult cuts to our voter contact plan. That means we're talking to fewer voters in these final days, which is when it really counts.
We only get one shot to flip the Senate, and Iowa is our best bet. There are no do-overs -- we need to leave it all on the field and give this everything we've got.
