I am writing to show my support for Supervisor Ahsha Safai in his re-election campaign to represent District 11. As the former Supervisor of District 4 (Outer Sunset/Parkside), I worked closely with Ahsha and have seen him fight tirelessly for the Chinese and AAPI community. 

Supervisor Ahsha Safai’s top priority has been and always will be improving the lives of working people. While in office, he has spent the last four years fighting to bring more resources to our AAPI community and improve public safety. Beyond his time in office, Ahsha has always been dedicated to uplifting and empowering marginalized communities.

From streamlining the small business permitting process to allow more diverse small businesses into our neighborhoods to crafting legislation that for the first time supported middle-income housing in new construction, we worked side by side to ensure that working families and small business owners can thrive in San Francisco.
