Meeting Next SCOTUS Justice
Sen. Johnson Meets Judge Amy Coney Barrett
On Wednesday, I had the pleasure to meet Judge Amy Coney Barrett. She is a wonderful person, a brilliant legal mind and a judge who is committed to applying the law, not altering it. I look forward to voting to confirm Judge Barrett in the coming days and believe she will be a Justice on Supreme Court that will remain faithful to the Constitution.
The Senate Judiciary Committee voted Thursday 12-0 to advance the nomination of Judge Barrett to the Supreme Court, setting up a final vote for confirmation next week.
Hunter Biden Laptop Investigation
tweet about FBI
Ever since my committee issued this 87-page report on conflicts of interest for the Biden family, new developments have been occurring almost every day.
On Friday, the FBI interviewed Tony Bobulinski, a former business partner to Hunter Biden, about emails found on Hunter's computer.
I appreciate that the FBI has a job to do, and I am glad they are finally taking an interest in these concerning financial matters that our Committees have been investigating for months. I expect that Mr. Bobulinski will speak with our committee as soon as possible and fully share his insights into the Biden family's business dealings.

Telephone Town Halls
Sen. Johnson on phone
This week, I had the pleasure of calling out to tens of thousands of Wisconsinites for three telephone town halls. We took calls from both sides of the political spectrum during each 1-hour long town hall. I appreciate the thousands of constituents who spent time on the calls this week and asked thoughtful questions.
If you want to sign up for future telephone town halls, you may do so here.
