According to a new report, 8 million Americans have been pushed into poverty since May.

That was the same month that my Congressional colleagues and I passed the HEROES Act, which included an expanded child tax credit, $600 emergency UI, and rental assistance. It's been sitting on Mitch McConnell's desk ever since.
