John,
The first full week of early voting in North Carolina has been one for the history books. Over two and a half million North Carolinians have already cast their ballots, more than double at this point in 2016. North Carolinians are fired up like never before. Despite this record-breaking turnout, there are still millions of ballots that will be cast between now and Election Day.
That’s why I’m traveling across our state greeting energized voters at the polls and stressing the importance of voting all the way up and down the ballot. Here are just a few photos of friends and supporters at the polls.
I’ve enjoyed hearing directly from voters about their concerns regarding safe and healthy work environments, much of which focused around leadership (or the lack thereof) from the Department of Labor during the COVID-19 pandemic.
With only 8 full days of early voting in North Carolina, we are in the fight of our lives, literally. Find your polling location and make a plan to vote at IWillVote.com/NC. If you’ve already voted, share this message with a friend who hasn’t.
Time isn’t on our side but I’m so grateful that you are. Your donation of any amount will help us share our message with voters in every corner of our state while there's still time.
Thanks for your support,
Jessica Holmes
