In my first term, I was most proud to support marriage equality in court with a huge win here in Oregon even before the US Supreme Court decision. But who would have imagined what my second term would bring?

State AGs have been both the first and last line of defense against so many cruel and inhumane actions by the federal government under Donald Trump. We have been there every step of the way, fighting back on every issue that is harmful to Oregonians and our beautiful state: women's reproductive freedom; preserving the ACA; ensuring our sanctuary state status; protecting our precious environment; and so much more!
