We’re guessing you’ve already given money and written letters. You’ve texted friends in battleground states. But with two weeks left, it’s time to defeat Donald Trump by calling voters directly in key states. Which states? Pennsylvania and North Carolina. All the pundits agree: Person-to-person phone calls could decide the election now. Joe Biden could win or lose – and Democrats could gain the Senate – based on the calls you and I make over the next 14 days.
We know you’re still nervous about the election. So are we. So Saturday afternoon, and next week Tuesday and Thursday evening, we’ll get your phone bank started with some inspiring speakers on Zoom. Then we’ll give you training – if you need it – and be your support team as you make calls into North Carolina and Pennsylvania with our partner groups. Maybe you’ve been putting off the idea of phone banking or maybe you’ve done it only once. But you can’t delay any longer, especially since door-to-door canvassing is not possible. And it really is like riding a bike. You relax and get better the more you do it. Just go to our RSVP page and pick the times and dates that work for your schedule over the next two weeks. The key is to commit. We’ll follow up with all the info you need. Plus the familiar faces at CCAN Action Fund will be there every day. Last month, the CCAN Action Fund proudly endorsed the ticket of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. It was our first-ever political endorsement. Now we need your help to get them elected! And, of course, we need a new US Senate if we’re going to save our climate and preserve our shared values of health care, labor rights, and racial justice. So CCAN Action Fund has also endorsed North Carolina Democratic candidate Cal Cunningham over Senate Incumbent Republican Thom Tillis. Remember, voters are already casting early ballots in most states, including in North Carolina and Pennsylvania. So every day is Election Day. We need to call voters now.
