Well, friends, we did it.

We made it through two extremely painful presidential debates, one vice presidential debate, and two dueling town halls. As expected, during last night’s final presidential debate, Trump continued to lie and evade responsibility for his disastrous actions as president, adding yet another log to my personal “let’s vote him out” fire.

But I know that not everyone was watching that 4+ televised hours of Trump’s sound and fury. And I know some who did tune in might need help making a plan to cast their ballot or a reminder that their vote matters.

This is what we mean when we say we can’t take any vote for granted. What might feel easy or like a no brainer to some isn’t as easy of a choice -- or a process -- for others. That’s why I need your help contacting voters in the homestretch. We still have a few days left to reach as many of those undecided or unlikely voters as we can before Election Day and give them the encouragement they need to cast their ballots.

For me, it’s all about a personal touch. That’s why I went to work for Hillary in North Carolina in 2016. Knocking on doors and speaking to people face-to-face was the best way I knew how to help -- and I’m pretty sure I got through to a bunch of the people I spoke to.

Face-to-face canvassing isn’t safe right now, which is why we have an all-remote powerhouse sending hundreds of thousands of text messages each day to unlikely voters. It’s quick and easy to get started and if you have questions, one of our lovely staffers or organizing team captains will be there to give you the help you need. 

I know without a shadow of a doubt that we’re making an impact. I see it everyday. That’s why I’d love for you to text with us -- because at the end of the day, when the votes are all tallied, don’t you want to know that you did all you could to save our democracy? Join us texting voters in Georgia, Texas, and Florida this weekend.
