Oundle Drive/Middleton Boulevard EATF scheme to be made permanent
We've recently made a number of changes to our road space as part of the Government's EATF response to Covid-19. For more information on the schemes we've implemented, visit our dedicated page [ [link removed] ].
Following a successful trial and feedback, the pop-up cycle lane on Oundle Drive/Middelton Boulevard is being improved and will be made permanent. While the pop-up scheme consisted of bollards and temporary signs, the final scheme will have a permanent kerb similar to that of Castle Boulevard.
Works will commence from Monday 26 October lasting for 10 weeks. More information will be available soon.
Nottingham Bike Aid - pop up bike hub
Head down to Bulwell Forest Recreation Ground this Thursday 29 October for free cycle training and Dr Bike repairs.

* From Monday 26 October, Victoria Bus Station will be closed for 2 weeks due to resurfacing works. Pedestrian access and access to the Travel Centre will remain available. Temporary bus stops will be in use nearby.
* From today, NCT will be suspending the Pink 31 service to Jubilee Campus. Pink 28 and 30 available from Wollaton Road will continue to serve Jubilee Campus into the city centre.
* From Sunday 25 October, NCT's Orange 34 to University Park Campus will operate along a revised timetable. For more information... [ [link removed] ]
* From Sunday 25 October, trentbarton's Kinch 9 service from Loughborough - Nottingham will return to its normal Monday - Saturday timetable.
*??Tram updates*
* There are specific times of the day when more people might be using the tram, including around the 10pm curfew. NET run a frequent service with another tram coming every few minutes - if you see that the tram is busy, please wait for the next one, or consider taking the bus.
* In an effort to avoid overcrowding on trams, if you are a student heading back to the UoN campus from the city centre, please use the buses available on Friar Lane. NCT's Orange line will be accepting tram tickets.
* When waiting at tram stops please carefully follow safety guidance and staff advice. Barriers are being used at some stops to control passengers and avoid over crowding - please be mindful and follow instructions to stay safe.

Suspension of parking along Cobden Street to Stanfield Street junction on both sides due to demolition and redevelopment of old martial arts centre.

Two-way lights in operation due to installation of traffic calming measures.
*Monday 12 October - Friday 30 October: Trent Lane (Sneinton)*
No stopping at any time from little Tennis Street to the river on the Eastern side only due to electrical works.
*Thursday 15 October - Friday 30 October: Valley Road (Sherwood)*
Lane closure from Mansfield Road to Edwards Lane due to gas works.

Bus lane closure between no.214-216 for electrical cabling works.

Lane closure outside Stanley House and Hanley House for new electrical supply works.
