Friend,
Before I go on stage tonight, I just wanted to say thanks.
When I walk out there, I’ll know it’s because of people like you that I’m one of the ten candidates on stage talking about the future of our country. And I couldn’t be more grateful.
I’ll be able to take bold, progressive ideas to the national stage -- like closing the racial wealth gap, bringing dignity back to our immigration system, and proposing the most sweeping gun safety plan ever put forth by a presidential candidate.
But more than that, I’ll be able to share our campaign’s vision for the future: a place where people from all walks of life come together to realize our common purpose and bring an end to some of the biggest injustices we face as a country.
I truly believe that we’re at our best when we’re helping one another, and together, we can get there again.
So thank you -- I hope I make you proud tonight.
Let’s go.
Cory
P.S. The debate will start at 8 p.m. ET tonight and will air on ABC and Univision. You can also follow along on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Don’t miss it.
