Friends --
I first ran to represent this district because I saw that leaders in Washington had stopped listening to the very people they were supposed to represent.
Since then, I’ve held multiple town halls across this district, and I will continue to hold them regularly to hear from members of our community.
I’ve heard from families burdened by the high cost of health care as they take care of a sick parent or child. I’ve heard from teachers, nurses, and farmers whose paychecks aren’t stretching as far as they used to. I’ve heard from students saddled with tens of thousands of dollars in debt just to earn their degree. I’ve heard from seniors worried about potential cuts to their Medicare or Social Security.
I’ve had the pleasure of hearing from so many good people around our district, and now I’d like to hear from you too.
I never want to be an out-of-touch politician. I want your stories, ideas, and opinions to play a leading role in our re-election campaign.
Right now, I’m not asking you to make a donation -- I’m just asking you to take a moment and complete our survey to tell me what matters most to you. >>
Thank you,
Anthony
