Senate Judiciary Committee approves Amy Coney Barrett's nomination to the Supreme Court, full Senate vote on Monday
"Judge Barrett deserves a vote and she will receive a vote," Sen. Graham said Wednesday. If Barrett is confirmed, there would be a 6-3 conservative majority on the Supreme Court.
Sen. Mitch McConnell was first elected 36 years ago. Since then, he has become the most powerful Republican in the U.S. Senate. He's hoping his leadership role and influence will earn him another six years in power.

Republicans' support for Barrett's nomination is also higher than any other nominee dating back to 1987. Nearly nine in 10 Republicans (89%) support her compared with 76% who were in favor of Kavanagh and Gorsuch.
