My sister in service Ayanna Pressley has always said that those closest to the pain must be closest to the power — and she’s lived out that philosophy since she arrived in Washington, working closely with her community to organize, advocate, and legislate on their behalf.
Ayanna will never let up in fighting for policies that put people first — but she needs to win re-election to keep up those fights in Congress.
Unlike far too many politicians, Ayanna did not seek power to advance the interests of corporations and the wealthy — she has consistently been a voice for those who have been left out and left behind for too long. For the past two years, we’ve worked alongside each other to pass critical legislation to dismantle the school-to-prison pipeline, cancel student debt during the pandemic, and guarantee healthcare for all. I need her with me in Congress to keep up these fights for progress.
Chip in $3 to Ayanna’s campaign to make sure she wins this race.
Thank you for all you do.
In solidarity,
Ilhan Omar
