The flu season is back, Covid cases are spiking around the country and the need for paid sick time and family and medical leave as a key component of economic security has never been clearer. 

The Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) - passed in the first Relief package - provides fully reimbursable sick and child care leave to all small employers.  

To help us better understand how this program is working AND how we can improve federal paid sick time and leave programs for small business, please take this quick poll! 

If you have had any employees that needed to take time off to self-isolate, recover from COVID and/or are a caregiver with no child care — you are likely eligible to be reimbursed for their time off.
