It's beyond belief that schools like this are allowed to exist...
Dear friend,

This month, millions of children around the world have been going back to school (with varying levels of enthusiasm, I'm sure).

But two million indigenous kids are currently enrolled in Factory Schools. Never heard of Factory Schools? Like the notorious residential and boarding schools in North America and Australia, these schools aim to erase indigenous identity, teach tribal kids to feel ashamed of who they are and where they come from, and often subject them to emotional and sexual abuse.

If you want to find out more about Factory Schools, please watch our new film, "Crimes Against Children." It's hard to watch at times, but we refuse to shy away from the reality that millions of children are living every day:
It's beyond belief that such schools are still allowed to exist – they're one of the biggest threats to tribal children and their families today.

Our first step is to make this issue known. You can help by watching, sharing and joining the campaign to stop #FactorySchools and help put indigenous education back under indigenous control.

Share the film on Facebook!
There's more information available on our website. As ever, thank you for being part of the fight for tribal peoples' rights.

Yours,

Alice Raymond
