Fellow Young Democrat,

We have two weeks left until the most consequential election in American History. In two weeks, we can elect Democrats that will raise wages, ensure safer workplaces, and make healthcare more affordable and we couldn't need those policies any more than we do right now.

Here in Indiana, Democrats have the chance to end the Republican Supermajority at the Statehouse, reverse attacks on our healthcare from the Attorney General's office, and elect the first African-American Governor of Indiana. Democrats in Indiana have momentum, and Hoosier Young Democrats are stepping up to keep pushing us forward. Be sure to bring all the Young Democrats you know to the polls and if you still would like to request an absentee ballot, the deadline is TODAY! Resisterhood is a new, award-winning documentary that follows six diverse activists as they work to protect our civil rights on the streets to the halls of power. The subjects profiled represent the BIPOC, Latinx, LGBTQIA+ and Islamic communities. The film provides guidance for anyone struggling to understand how their efforts count towards achieving real change.
